By enabling horse enthusiasts of all disciplines and abilities to engage in outdoor equine activities in a beautiful environment, safe from vehicular traffic, we can enhance the quality of life for all.

The Equine Fund
The Equine Fund is a non-profit organization devoted to preventing the abuse of horses. We passionately communicate, educate and offer free information and materials to the public in the hope that the more people know about horses, the less likely they are to hurt or harm them. Our overall goal is to reach as many people as possible to educate and inform them in creative ways to open their minds and hearts to horses.

Cornell Cooperative Extension of Orange County
Cornell Cooperative Extension of Orange County is the premier research-based cooperative educational system focusing its resources on current and future issues in order to positively affect Agriculture, Families and Youth, Environment, and Economic Development in our county.

Ridge Riders Pony Club
The Ridge Riders Pony Club was started in 1991. Our club is primarily located in Goshen and surrounding towns, but we do have members that do not live in this area. Pony Club is dedicated to teach a member horse management skills, sportsmanship, and riding skills. We do activities that are both mounted and unmounted.

New York State Horse Council
The New York State Horse Council is New York's equine umbrella organization devoted to creating a forum in which horsemen of diverse interests can use their "horsepower" to guarantee a future of horses, horse sports, and horse related businesses in New York State. Membership is comprised of individual, business, and organizational memberships.

Dressage4Kids, Inc.
Dressage4Kids, Inc. is a not for profit organization dedicated to the development of youthful Dressage riders through education and competition. Our main event is the annual Northeast Junior Young Rider Dressage Championships held at the end of the summer at the Ox Ridge Hunt Club in Darien, CT. All proceeds from the event go toward scholarships for competitors (no matter the placing) to augment their equestrian education.

Equine Advocates, Inc.
Promoting The Humane And Responsible Treatment of Horses . The mission of Equine Advocates is to rescue, protect, and prevent the abuse of horses through education, investigation, rescue operations, and the dissemination of information to the public. The organization deals primarily with four main issues of importance: Equine Rescue, Horse Slaughter, The PMU (Pregnant Mares' Urine) Industry The Prevention of Equine Abuse.

Equine Rescue
Our plan was to create a place where abused, unwanted and neglected equines could be brought back to life and then find new homes. The past 5 years have been an eye opener for everyone involved with Equine Rescue Inc. The animals tell their own tales. Some with physical scars so vicious we can only guess what happened. Others with emotional scars that won't allow them to trust again. Please take a few minutes to meet our gang - past and present. They are a lovely bunch.

Above the Clouds
Just for Fun!!! Take a break from your horse. Above the Clouds is a full service hot air balloon ride operator ballooning in the Hudson Valley for over 16 years! All balloon flights depart from Randall Airport in Middletown, NY. All flights are made wind and weather permitting. We are committed to safe flying and we have a 100% safety record. All pilots are FAA licensed and insured. All equipment is rigorously inspected to keep us looking good and flying safe! We are within an hour of New York City, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania.

Gene Bove
Gene Bove is a local painter. His creative career spans 40 years. For 25 years Gene was an award-winning advertising art director for a large ad agency in Manhattan. In 1996, along with two partners, Gene founded BBG&G Advertising in the Hudson Valley of New York, which continues to garner creative excellence awards. This his his web site showcasing his work in landscape, floral, home portraits paintings, as well as his illustrated limericks.

Village of Montgomery is a quite village nestled in the Hudson Valley. This web site is dedicated to Mongomery. Information about events, meetings, officials, police, parks and local music shows. Every year this small community plays host to General Montgomery Day. A large parade, crafts and street vendors are all here for this two day event.
